Data Deletion Instructions

According to Facebook Platform rules, we must provide a way for users to request that their data be deleted.

How to Request Data Deletion

If you wish to delete your data associated with the EFS Chatbot, you can do so by following these steps:

  1. Go to your Facebook Settings & Privacy: Click on the arrow in the top right corner of Facebook and select "Settings & Privacy" > "Settings".
  2. Navigate to Apps and Websites: Look for "Apps and Websites" in the left-hand menu.
  3. Find EFS Chatbot: Locate "EFS Chatbot" in the list of apps.
  4. Remove App: Click the "Remove" button next to the app.
  5. Request Data Deletion (Optional): If available, you may see an option to "Send Request" to delete your data. Alternatively, you can contact us directly.

You can also request manual deletion of your data by contacting us directly via email. Please provide your name and, if known, your PSID (Page Scoped ID).

Once your data is deleted, we will remove your conversation history and subscriber profile from our database. This action is irreversible.
